Booking and journey data is retained for a minimum of 36 months (3 years) to comply with licensing and safety obligations.
Financial records are held for 6 years in line with HMRC requirements.
Once data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

12.3 User Responsibilities

You are responsible for protecting your own device and login information. We recommend using up-to-date antivirus software, secure passwords, and caution when handling emails or messages that request personal information.
